Beginner class ongoing Mondays, 11:00am -12:00pm

Learn the Dong style slow form and fundamental qigong exercises from a senior instructor of the Alex Dong International Taijiquan Association.  Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.  Experienced students also welcome to work on fundamentals and form corrections.
